• "Services" refers to the premium interior and exterior detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating, leather treatment and restoration, engine bay detailing, headlamp restoration, paint protection film application, odour elimination, and express washes offered by Osprey Detail.
• "Our site" or "Our online platform" refers to the website you are currently accessing.
• "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our services.

2. Acceptance of Services

By engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Any booking or request for Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

3. Service Scope and Limitations

• Osprey Detail commits to providing high-quality automotive detailing and preservation services using professional techniques and products.
• While we strive for perfection, results may vary depending on the initial condition of the vehicle, age, and previous treatments. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all damage, stains, or odours, especially those that are deeply ingrained or long-standing.
• For paint correction and ceramic coating, while these services offer significant protection and enhancement, they do not make the vehicle impervious to all damage, such as deep scratches, stone chips, or harsh chemical exposure.
• Clients are responsible for informing Osprey Detail of any pre-existing conditions, modifications, or special requirements for their vehicle prior to service commencement.

4. Booking and Appointments

• All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Osprey Detail.
• We recommend booking in advance, especially for specialized services like paint protection film application or ceramic coatings.
• Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made with reasonable notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Service prices are detailed on our site or provided upon consultation. Quotes are valid for a specified period.
• Additional services requested on the day of the appointment may incur extra charges.
• Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods as indicated at our premises.

6. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

• Clients are advised to remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service. Osprey Detail is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
• While utmost care is taken, Osprey Detail is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle that is exacerbated by the detailing process, or for damage caused by faulty or aftermarket modifications not disclosed by the client.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles that are excessively soiled, contain hazardous materials, or pose a risk to our staff.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

• Specific services, such as ceramic coatings and paint protection films, may come with manufacturer-backed warranties. Details will be provided upon request for such services.
• Osprey Detail guarantees that services will be performed with due care and skill. Any concerns regarding the quality of work should be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow for inspection and potential rectification.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Osprey Detail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Osprey Detail and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our explicit written consent.

10. Governing Law
